About the Role

As a Senior Manager, Treasury, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the finance & accounting department. This includes managing cash receipts & payments, revenue recognition & accounting, general ledger, payroll & utilities, expense planning and management, budget preparation & variance analysis, assets reconciliation, and treasury operations.

You will monitor & analyze financial data and produce financial reports & statements (including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flows).

Your responsibilities will also include establishing and enforcing proper expense policies and principles, coordinating and completing annual audits, and establishing and maintaining fiscal files and records to document transactions.

You will ensure adherence to regulatory dictates while fostering business growth and supporting the CEO and CFO in fund raising activities as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee daily operations of the finance & accounting department.
  • Monitor & analyze financial data and produce financial reports & statements.

  • Ensure adherence to regulatory dictates.

Requirements:

  • Over 5 years' experience as an accounting manager, accounting supervisor, controller, or treasury manager.
  • Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations.
  • In-depth knowledge of payment operations and expertise in digital payment processing.
  • Education: MBA Finance, BBA Finance.
  • Ability to manage relationships internally and externally.
  • Willingness to work in an early-stage company and financial services/payments industry background preferred.
