Job Description

Leading Production Operations:

  • Supervise and manage production teams to achieve goals, quality standards, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Planning and scheduling production activities in line with project requirements.
  • Providing technical expertise in sheet metal fabrication, welding (TIG/MIG for stainless steel), and assembly processes.
  • Resource allocation and optimization, ensuring efficient use of manpower, materials, and equipment.
  • Implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
  • Collaboration with the Quality team for robust inspections and analysis of production KPIs.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • 4–7 years of experience in production roles, with a strong background in sheet metal fabrication and welding.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and other CAD software.
  • Hands-on expertise in TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) and MIG (Metal Inert Gas) welding for stainless steel assemblies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Language proficiency: English (Mandatory).
