Interior Design Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Interior Design Specialist to play a vital role in shaping the aesthetic and functional aspects of various projects. Your expertise will be crucial in conceptualising and developing design concepts that meet client needs, budgets, and timelines.

  • Develop detailed architectural drawings, interior layouts, and 3D renderings to effectively communicate design ideas.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery.
  • Sourcing materials, furniture, and finishes in line with design, budget, and deadlines.
  • Conduct site visits to assess conditions, monitor progress, and validate execution against design.
  • Prepare BOQs, quotations, and presentations, and participate in professional client negotiations.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables for on-time, quality results.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations to ensure compliance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and related tools.
  • 4–5 years of experience in interior fit-out projects with a strong portfolio.
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills (written & spoken English).
  • Strong creative thinking with the ability to translate ideas into impactful designs.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
