Cybersecurity Professional

As a seasoned Cybersecurity Professional, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding sensitive data and ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks. You will be part of an elite team tasked with strengthening the security posture of our healthcare insurance ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement an enterprise-wide cybersecurity strategy to mitigate threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Monitor and detect cyber threats using SIEM and SOC processes to ensure timely response and resolution.
  • Conduct Vulnerability Assessments, Penetration Testing (VAPT), and Red/Blue/Purple team exercises to identify and address security gaps.
  • Perform digital forensics and incident response lifecycle management to contain and remediate security incidents.
  • Define and enforce policies for Data Privacy, Identity & Access Management (IAM/PAM), and DLP to protect sensitive information.
  • Secure infrastructure across network, endpoint, application, database, and cloud environments to prevent unauthorized access.
  • Implement security controls for Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Containers (Docker, Kubernetes) to ensure robust security posture.
  • Manage and tune security tools such as Firewalls, WAF, IDS/IPS, EDR, SIEM, SOAR, CASB, and DDoS protection to maximize security effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to embed security in CI/CD pipelines (DevSecOps practices) and ensure secure software development.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks such as IRDAI, RBI, GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS, and SOC2 to maintain a strong security posture.
  • Conduct third-party/vendor risk assessments and ensure supply chain security to prevent potential security risks.
  • Lead business continuity and disaster recovery (BCP/DR) from a security standpoint to ensure seamless operations.
  • Drive security awareness programs for employees and stakeholders to promote a culture of security.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Information Security, or related discipline.
  • Certifications in Governance & Risk (CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC) and Offensive Security (CEH, OSCP, OSWE, GPEN).
  • Cloud Security certifications (CCSP, CCSK, AZ-500, AWS Security Specialty).
  • Compliance certifications (ISO 27001 LA/LI, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, GDPR).
