About the Role:

This is a challenging opportunity to drive data-driven research and policy analysis.

We are looking for a highly skilled Quantitative Research Specialist to lead projects applying advanced econometric and statistical methods.

The ideal candidate will work with large-scale datasets including administrative, labour, GST, satellite, and survey data.

They will translate evidence into policy recommendations and clear outputs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement econometric models to inform policy decisions.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns.
  • Communicate complex research findings to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Master's or PhD in Economics, Econometrics, Data Science, or related quantitative discipline.
  • Strong training in econometrics, statistics, and programming.
  • Experience in empirical research, data analysis, and publication.

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Experience in survey design and field data collection.
  • Familiarity with India's statistical system.
  • Strong communication skills for policy briefs, government engagement, and op-eds.
