Manpower Recruitment Specialist

As a seasoned manpower recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and sourcing skilled blue-collar workers for Europe through strategic B2B partnerships.
This role involves building and maintaining strong business relationships with local manpower agencies, training institutes, and sub-agents to facilitate large-scale hiring operations.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of international recruitment processes for blue-collar workers and have a proven track record in B2B sourcing and partnerships.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying, sourcing, and recruiting skilled and semi-skilled blue-collar workers for Europe through B2B tie-ups and partnerships.
- Establishing and maintaining strong business relationships with key stakeholders, including manpower agencies and technical training centers.
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and final selection.
- Maintaining a steady pipeline of candidates to meet ongoing and future requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6–8 years of experience in overseas blue-collar recruitment with a focus on Europe.
- Familiarity with trade testing, skill assessment, and technical evaluation methods.
- Proven track record in B2B sourcing and partnerships.
- Strong knowledge of international recruitment processes for blue-collar workers.
- Ability to handle bulk hiring within tight deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
