Key Role

We are looking for a motivated Product Growth Specialist to drive user adoption and engagement across our digital platform.

This role combines elements of product management, marketing, and customer experience to ensure users not only download the app but actively engage with it.

  • User Onboarding & Adoption Strategies
    • Develop and implement seamless onboarding flows (in-app guides, walkthroughs, videos, tooltips) to enhance user experience.
    • Collaborate with the CX team to address onboarding issues promptly.
    • Track and analyze onboarding completion rates and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Feature Communication & Education Plans
    • Design and execute a structured release communication plan (in-app announcements, email campaigns, push notifications, FAQs, videos) to effectively communicate new features.
    • Translate complex product features into simple, user-friendly messaging.
    • Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure consistent user education campaigns.
  • User Engagement & Retention Strategies
    • Develop creative strategies to drive repeat usage, including gamification, challenges, and rewards.
    • Monitor key metrics (DAU, MAU, churn, feature adoption) and design interventions to improve them.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making
    • Run A/B tests and growth experiments to inform data-driven decisions.
    • Utilize analytics tools (Mixpanel, Firebase, GA4, Amplitude) to track user journeys and identify drop-off points.
    • Define and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to leadership.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to prioritize features that enhance user experience.
    • Work with Marketing for adoption campaigns and CX for user training.
    • Act as the voice of the user for continuous product improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience in Product Growth / Growth Marketing / Product Management.
  • Strong interest in Product Management, SaaS, or Growth Marketing.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Mixpanel, Firebase, GA4, Amplitude).
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to think creatively, test rapidly, and iterate based on results.
