We are seeking a seasoned Web Development Manager to lead and mentor our team of developers.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in PHP frameworks, WordPress development, and strong project management skills.

  • Lead and manage a cross-functional team of web developers and project managers.
  • Architect, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using PHP frameworks (e.g., Laravel, CodeIgniter) and WordPress.
  • Oversee end-to-end project execution ensuring quality, timeliness, and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in web development with a focus on PHP and WordPress.
  • Proven experience in leading web development teams and managing complex projects.
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification is preferred.
  • Expertise in one or more PHP frameworks (Laravel, Symfony, CodeIgniter).
  • In-depth knowledge of WordPress (custom themes, plugins, multisite, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery.
  • Familiarity with version control tools (Git), deployment tools, and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in an agency or client-facing environment.
  • Familiarity with hosting environments and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, etc.).
  • Agile/Scrum project management experience.
