We are looking for a skilled Visualizer to join our team. A Senior Visualizer will be responsible for transforming ideas into impactful visuals.

This role requires someone skilled in design tools and proficient in bringing concepts to life with creativity, precision, and a strong understanding of brand narrative.

The ideal candidate will work closely with our creative and copy teams to develop innovative campaigns, social content, brand identities, and marketing materials that stand out and drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop visually striking concepts, layouts, and artworks for campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms.
  • Translate briefs into compelling visual narratives while adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, art directors, and creative leads to craft integrated campaigns.
  • Deliver high-quality designs, illustrations, and mock-ups that bring ideas to life.
  • Pursue new design styles, trends, and techniques to maintain a fresh approach.
  • Maintain consistency, quality, and attention to detail across all deliverables.
  • Guide and mentor junior designers where necessary, sharing feedback and design best practices.
  • Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while upholding high creative standards.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in design/visualisation, preferably in an agency setting.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing campaign work, social media design, branding, and visual storytelling.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects is a plus).
  • Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • Ability to receive feedback positively and refine ideas efficiently.
  • A keen eye for detail and the capacity to balance creativity with functionality.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.

Nice to have:

  • Motion graphics / basic animation skills.
  • Experience working on digital-first campaigns.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools.
