Lead Visual Storyteller

At our esteemed organization, we're seeking a visionary Lead Visual Storyteller to join our creative team.

We're looking for a talented individual who can bring ideas to life through design and video. As a key member of our creative team, you'll shape the visual identity of our brand while engaging thousands of students digitally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create compelling social media creatives, posters, banners, and brochures for campaigns and outreach, maintaining a consistent brand identity across digital, print, and event materials.
  • Develop short videos/reels, edit student testimonials, and create engaging ad creatives that resonate with our audience.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to deliver high-performing creatives that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Support outreach events and education fairs with impactful branding & collaterals that leave a lasting impression.
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends to keep our brand fresh, youthful, and engaging, experimenting with new styles and techniques.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, delivering timely results that meet our high standards.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2–4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or Creative Designer.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent tools.
  • Strong skills in both static design and video editing, with a keen eye for typography, colors, and layouts.
  • The ability to translate concepts into visually engaging stories that captivate our audience.
  • Prior experience in the education or youth-focused sector is a plus, but not required.
