  • Verify order receipt accuracy, including prices, discounts, and product numbers.
  • Maintain order status updates through email, arranging alternate delivery dates if necessary.
  • Proactively coordinate with customers regarding receivables.
  • Ensure all inquiries are handled accurately and maintain an inquiry log by soliciting feedback from Sales marketing Executives.
  • Address customer complaints and provide after-sales support when requested.
  • Manage and record sales inquiries via electronic logging systems.
  • Compile daily reports on sales activities.
