Design Role Overview:

We are seeking an exceptional UX design professional to join our team. As a key contributor, you will collaborate closely with experienced designers and product leaders to craft seamless digital experiences for web and mobile platforms.

About the Team:

Our UX team is dedicated to delivering user-centric designs that simplify complex financial journeys. We foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning, ensuring every interaction is intuitive, efficient, and impactful.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in designing high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications
  • Support the UX design process including research, ideation, prototyping, and usability testing
  • Participate in user research activities and assist in analyzing findings
  • Prepare and deliver design documentation and presentations for internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
  • Contribute to visual design and micro-interaction elements to enhance user experience

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Design, HCI, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Figma; experience with design systems is a plus
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
  • Ability to communicate design ideas clearly and work effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Portfolio demonstrating design thinking and execution (academic or personal projects acceptable)
