Job Title:

AI/ML Solutions Designer

As a Senior AI/ML Data Scientist, you will be responsible for designing and developing end-to-end AI/ML solutions. You will lead projects involving Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), recommendation engines, and predictive models.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop AI/ML solutions using Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face, and other relevant technologies.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready AI systems that meet the company's objectives.
  • Build, optimize, and maintain data pipelines and APIs for ML services using SQL/NoSQL databases and Docker, Kubernetes.
  • Deploy and scale ML models on cloud platforms with containerization and CI/CD.
  • Collaborate with junior team members to mentor them and contribute to best practices in MLOps.
  • Ensure model performance, scalability, monitoring, and explainability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
  • 5–6 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML and Data Science.
  • Strong expertise in Python and ML frameworks.
  • Practical experience with LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, and RAG pipelines.
  • Proven background in recommendation systems, personalization, and predictive modeling.
  • Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases and data pipeline development.
  • Familiarity with APIs & microservices (FastAPI, Django REST, Flask).
  • Experience with cloud ML deployments (Azure/AWS/GCP).
  • Good knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD for production ML.
