The role also involves developing content for projects, recommending strategies for branding on internal and external platforms, and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to develop action plans. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and overall execution skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team, with a focus on creating a coaching culture and employee engagement in a hybrid model.
• Design and implement strategic interventions, including designing frameworks for automation and digitization of initiatives and liaising with the Information Technology team for implementation.
• Support the Great Place To Work program and develop content for projects.

• Strong verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
• Strong multitasking and team managing skills, with the ability to work with ambiguity and conflicting timelines.
