Senior QA Automation Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Automation Engineer to lead and evolve automation and quality practices across microservices-based platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end QA strategy, including test automation and exploratory testing
  • Closely collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to ensure seamless integration of quality practices
  • Implement shift-left and shift-right testing best practices to improve overall software quality
  • Develop and maintain high-quality CI/CD pipelines for fast and reliable feedback
  • Coach teams on quality, testability, and resilience to foster a culture of excellence

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in software testing; 3+ years in automation with JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Strong experience in API testing, BDD/TDD, and working with distributed systems
  • Familiarity with SQL, Git, Jira, and CI tools like Jenkins/GitHub Actions
  • Excellent communication and critical thinking skills

Nice to Have:

  • Performance, security, or accessibility testing experience
  • Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, or AI/ML testing
