Ambitious Cybersecurity Specialist Sought to Bolster Organizational Resilience
Job Description:Candidates with expertise in information security management systems, policy creation and implementation are highly desired. Familiarity with ISO27001 assessment specifications for policies, procedures, technical and operational controls is a must.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and enforce robust Information Security Management System (ISMS) policies and procedures.
- Conduct comprehensive ISO27001 assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Implement effective risk management strategies to safeguard against cyber threats and data breaches.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cybersecurity best practices into organizational processes.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging threats and trends in the cybersecurity landscape.
- 8-12 years of experience in information security, IT risk management with a strong academic background.
- Proven track record of staying current with emerging threats, security risks and potential impacts to the business.
- Strong exposure to frameworks, IDS/IPS, firewalls, standards, web app security, vulnerability scanners, network security, cybersecurity and anti-malware systems.
- Hands-on experience in information security and risk areas driving remediation, analysis and mitigation in cybersecurity, IT infrastructure and applications.
- At least one information security certification: CISM, CISA, CISSP or CEH.
