We are seeking a skilled Interior Designer to join our team. As an Interior Designer, you will play a key role in creating innovative and functional designs that meet the needs of our clients. Your excellent creative thinking skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients will enable you to create bespoke designs based on their requirements.
Main Responsibilities:- Drive Deal Closure: Present logical and trusted sales pitches to clients, ensuring seamless communication and timely delivery.
- Customer Experience Ownership: Lead customer experience throughout the project lifecycle, guaranteeing exceptional service and satisfaction.
- Quality and Accuracy: Own quality and accuracy of design deliverables from conceptualization to execution.
- A degree or relevant diploma with 15 years of academic education.
- A minimum of 6 months of experience as an Interior Designer.
- A proven track record of leading and delivering 5-6 residential projects.
- Excellent knowledge of design tools, including presentation software and CAD applications.
- Expertise in Conceptual, Technical, Modular, and Civil works & Services.
- Project expertise in creating Bills of Quantities, coordinating with agencies, and driving sales closures.
- Strong behavioural attributes, including result-oriented, teamwork, integrity, ethics, effective communication, and a willingness to learn.
