Interior Designer Role

The role of an Interior Designer involves creating designs based on conversations with clients, while being confident in communicating regularly to assess needs and adjust approaches accordingly.

  • To drive sales closure and own the customer experience during a project.
  • To lead and own quality accuracy of design deliverables.
  • To own an end-to-end project lifecycle.

Job Requirements

  • Graduation or relevant diploma with 15 years of academic education.
  • Minimum experience of 3 years as an Interior Designer.
  • Led and delivered at least 5 to 6 residential projects.
  • Excellent knowledge of design tools, presentation skills, and AutoCAD proficiency.
  • Design expertise in conceptual, technical, and modular design, as well as civil works services.
  • Project expertise in creating bill of quantities and coordinating with agencies.
  • Sales expertise in logical and trusted sales pitches, driving design meetings, and leading teams.
  • Behavioural attributes of result-oriented, teamwork, integrity, ethics, crisp communication, and willingness to learn.
