Job Description:
Anaplan Model Manager is responsible for handling Anaplan models, ensuring their effective management and optimization. They must maintain the highest standards of model performance, meet business requirements, and provide end-to-end solutions to users.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and optimize Anaplan models according to best practices
  • Work closely with business partners to execute Rollovers, Bug fixes, and model enhancements
  • Explore ANAPLAN capabilities and upskill
  • Collaborate with Sr Model Builders to understand and learn Anaplan technicalities
  • Maintain process & solution documentation related to ANAPLAN
  • Ensure correct usage of application functionality
  • Provide training and backup in case of a BCP situation
  • Coordinate and implement best practice
  • Maintain master data and hierarchies
  • Provide access to Anaplan Models for the Teams

Requirements:
  • Qualifications:
    - MBA Finance / Operations, CA/CWA / Bachelorette of Engineering
    - L3 certification is mandatory
  • Experience:
    - 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Anaplan world
    - Experience in handling complex models, Good with Anaplan Basics
    - Business experience in Finance, Supply Chain with EPM exposure is an added advantage, Experience in IT/IS is an added advantage
  • Skills & Technical Competencies:
    - Understanding of Budgeting & Planning, Rolling Forecast, Overhead, Supply, and Sales
    - Ability to work under pressure and within stringent deadlines
    - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    - Knowledge of planning solutions (Anaplan/IBM TM1/Oracle Hyperion), SAP, Cognos will be plus, Strong drive for superior performance, accuracy, and precision
    - Eye for Details
    - Good Communication Skill
    - High level of service mindset
    - Excellent team player, able to develop strong relationships with colleagues and peers
