Key Responsibilities:
  • Solution Leadership: Engage directly with clients to understand their business challenges and lead the development of tailored solutions that address their specific pain points.
  • Technical Architecture: Translate client requirements into actionable solution concepts, defining the architecture, data strategy, model selection, and tooling required for success.
  • Project Ownership: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of GenAI solutions, ensuring technical quality, alignment with business goals, and timely execution of project milestones.
  • Team Mentorship: Guide and mentor cross-functional teams, including other engineers and data scientists, fostering best practices and ensuring project accountability.
  • Hands-On Contribution: Remain hands-on with tools, models, and code to prototype, build, and troubleshoot complex components of the application.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the key technical point of contact for clients, managing expectations, providing clear progress updates, and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Proposal Development: Collaborate with internal teams to co-develop tailored proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), and implementation roadmaps.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience leading technical teams, strong client-facing communication skills, deep understanding of Generative AI technologies, and demonstrated ability to develop and deploy GenAI solutions.
