Job Summary:

As a Senior System Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the stability, performance, and availability of our supply chain systems. This position requires a proactive approach to system administration, troubleshooting, and technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-to-end support for all supply chain solutions, ensuring continuous system availability and performance.
  • Serve as the immediate technical contact for business users, handling calls and chats and documenting all interactions.
  • Troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate issues and outages, collaborating with vendors and developers to determine root cause and long-term resolution.
  • Manage automation infrastructure for DCs, MDCs, and Ship Hubs to ensure smooth and reliable operations.
  • Respond to system alerts and use monitoring tools to proactively identify and troubleshoot issues within supply chain systems.
  • Communicate technical information clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Apply standardized procedures and best practices to achieve goals, meet deadlines, and ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Escalate and advance issues as necessary to ensure SLAs are met or exceeded.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions to support knowledge sharing and future problem prevention.
  • Support system upgrades, patches, testing, and deployments in partnership with IT and vendors.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend enhancements that increase efficiency and reliability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with warehouse management systems and related technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to translate technical details into user-friendly explanations.
  • Self-motivated and thorough, capable of balancing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Regular and reliable attendance.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
