We are seeking a skilled Community Engagement Specialist to join our team at T-Hub. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a pioneering innovation ecosystem that powers next-generation products and new business models.

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal team members. Your goal will be to create a positive and collaborative environment that promotes the growth of our startup and enhances the overall experience for our community members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to build and grow the startup community.
  • Foster a sense of belonging and engagement amongst the community members.
  • Identify and connect with key influencers within the startup ecosystem.

Content Creation and Curation:

  • Create and curate content that resonates with the community, including blog posts, newsletters, and social media updates.
  • Share relevant industry news, trends, and updates to keep the community informed.

Events Planning and Execution:

  • Organize and host events, both online and offline, to facilitate networking and collaboration among the community.
  • Organize workshops, webinars, and meetups to provide value to community members.

Feedback Collection and Community Growth:

  • Identify and empower community advocates who can promote the startups and their products/services.
  • Encourage user-generated content and testimonials to generate credibility.

Data Analysis:

  • Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the effectiveness of community initiatives.
  • Provide regular reports on key performance indicators and community engagement metrics.

Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:

  • Work closely with Corporate, International, Govt, and Innovation Management team to align community activities.
  • Communicate community needs and insights to internal stakeholders.

Communication:

  • Craft and distribute regular communications to keep the community informed about events, updates, and opportunities.
  • Monitor and respond to community questions, feedback, and concerns across various channels.
  • Address conflicts and moderate discussions to maintain a positive and inclusive environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in community management, preferably in a startup or entrepreneurial environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and event planning abilities.
  • Familiarity with the startup ecosystem, including key players, trends, and challenges.
  • Enthusiasm about building and sustaining a positive and collaborative community.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum.
