Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Leader to join our organization.


The ideal candidate will have exceptional expertise in record-to-report accounting processes, with a deep understanding of the business landscape, market trends, and industry dynamics.


Key Responsibilities include:

  1. Managing ad-hoc projects initiated by Controllership leadership, providing strategic guidance and direction.
  2. Assisting with drafting desktop procedures and training as part of transition efforts, ensuring seamless integration.
  3. Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with senior leadership, fostering collaboration and communication.
  4. Identifying and managing training and upskilling of local team members, driving development and growth.
  5. Articulating material risks and opportunities, taking an active role in designing and executing response or contingency plans.


Candidates must possess excellent leadership skills, inspiring and motivating team members to deliver exceptional results. A CA/CMA qualification with 10 years of experience is required, with 3-5 years in accounting leadership roles.


Key Skills include:

  • Core R2R controllership experience for large organizations
  • Leading transitions and transformations, driving innovation and digital finance expertise
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • CA or CPA qualification
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities


Requirements:

• CA/CMA Qualified

• 10 years of experience in accounting

• 3-5 years in accounting leadership roles
