Visual Designer Role

We are seeking a talented visual designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong graphic design, motion graphic and UI expertise.

This role is perfect for a creative professional who can craft polished, user-friendly interfaces in Figma while also producing visually compelling marketing and brand assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop high-quality graphic design assets for digital and print, aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Design illustrations, icons and visual systems to support product and marketing needs.
  • Produce clean and elegant motion graphics or short videos for social or marketing use.
  • Design clean, engaging and scalable UI designs for web and mobile (Figma).
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive design solutions.
  • Conduct quality checks and ensure pixel-perfect execution in final outputs.
  • Translate feedback into design improvements without compromising brand integrity.
  • Stay updated on visual design trends, UI patterns and emerging tools.
  • Contribute to building and evolving the design system for consistency across platforms.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Visual Design, Graphic Design, Communication Design or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a visual, graphic or motion designer.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects etc).
  • Portfolio demonstrating graphic design work, motion videos and UI projects (web/mobile).
  • Strong grasp of branding and style guides with a sharp eye for typography, layout, color and visual hierarchy.
  • Experience designing for digital, social media and print platforms.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Qualifications
  • Familiarity with AI design tools, prototyping tools and design systems.
