Job Title: Senior System Administrator

As a key member of the IT team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the company's infrastructure.

  • Configure, deploy, and maintain Azure, AWS, and Hyper-V Server environments to ensure optimal performance and availability.
  • Administer user support tickets in alignment with ITIL principles, providing timely and effective resolutions to technical issues.
  • Configure, deploy, and maintain Active Directory services, ensuring seamless integration with cloud-based resources.
  • Administer and maintain a hybrid Active Directory environment, balancing security and functionality requirements.
  • Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 services, including email, collaboration tools, and security features.
  • Collaborate with the IT Security team to implement security best practices and controls, protecting against potential threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Administer and maintain regular backups and disaster recovery strategies, ensuring business continuity in the event of an outage or data loss.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of Infrastructure services, including architecture diagrams, configuration files, and operational procedures.
  • Generate regular reports on server performance, security, and compliance metrics, informing strategic decisions and process improvements.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in system administration, with a focus on Windows Server environments. Proficiency in managing on-premises/cloud Windows server deployments in Hyper-V, Azure, and AWS, as well as scripting languages such as PowerShell and Bash, is highly desirable.
