Job Title: Strategic Talent Acquisition Leader Job Description:

As a Strategic Talent Acquisition Leader, you will play a critical role in driving the organization's talent acquisition strategy and ensuring that we have the right people with the right skills to deliver exceptional results. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and retaining top talent across various levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies that align with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
  • Talent Sourcing: Develop and execute plans to source high-quality candidates from diverse backgrounds, industries, and geographic locations.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure that candidates receive a positive experience throughout the hiring process, including clear communication, efficient processing, and timely feedback.
  • Talent Management: Work closely with hiring managers and recruiters to ensure that new hires are properly on-boarded, trained, and integrated into the organization.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12-15 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of delivering results in talent acquisition, including reducing time-to-hire, increasing quality of hire, and improving candidate satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Leadership experience in talent acquisition or a related field.
  • Experience working with employer branding initiatives and developing effective recruitment marketing campaigns.
  • Knowledge of HR technologies, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR information systems (HRIS).
