Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Strategist to join our team at Planet Green Infra Pvt. Ltd. This key role will play a pivotal part in shaping the company's financial activities, with a focus on loan processing, negotiations with financial institutions, and overall corporate financing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive corporate finance strategies to support business expansion and operational needs.
  • Lead the loan application process, including documentation, submission, and compliance with financial regulations.
  • Negotiate favorable loan terms with banks and financial institutions, ensuring optimal financing conditions for the company.
  • Liaise with external financial entities, building strong relationships for future financial partnerships.
  • Analyze financial data, forecasts, and market trends to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor the company's debt portfolio, ensuring timely repayment schedules and compliance with financial covenants.
  • Provide regular reports on the company's financial status, including cash flow management, loan servicing, and interest rate optimization.
  • Support the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and senior management with financial planning, budget forecasting, and investment decisions.
  • Coordinate with the legal team to ensure loan agreements and financial contracts align with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify new financial products or services that can benefit the company's growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master's degree or MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience (3-5 years) in corporate finance, loan processing, or financial relations, preferably in real estate or infrastructure sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of financial instruments, loan structuring, and financial analysis.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple financial projects simultaneously.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with external financial institutions and stakeholders.

Salary Estimate: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
