Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Expert Wanted

About this role:

We are looking for a highly experienced Oracle Cloud Infrastructure expert to join our team. As an Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architect, you will be responsible for designing and deploying enterprise-scale solutions on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).

Key responsibilities include leading the design and deployment of OIC solutions, architecting and implementing secure, scalable, and highly available environments on OCI & Alloy, driving integration strategy between on-premise, SaaS, and third-party applications using OIC, establishing CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and automation frameworks.

Additional requirements include defining network and security architectures, collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into end-to-end integration architectures, designing and overseeing hybrid and multi-cloud strategies leveraging Alloy for data sovereignty and compliance, and implementing monitoring, logging, and operational frameworks for proactive system health management.

  • Must-Have Skills:
  • Deep expertise in OCI (networking, compute, storage, IAM, monitoring, security)
  • Proven hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC): adapters, APIs, process automation, visual builder
  • Experience architecting OCI Alloy environments with governance, compliance, and hybrid connectivity
  • Strong background in integration patterns (REST, SOAP, messaging, event-driven, microservices)
  • Proficiency in Terraform, Ansible, or OCI Resource Manager for automation
  • Understanding of SaaS integration (ERP, HCM, CX, SCM) and on-prem integration
  • Excellent knowledge of disaster recovery, HA, and performance tuning on OCI
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to guide teams and engage stakeholders
  • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architect Professional Certification
  • Oracle Integration Cloud Specialist Certification
  • Experience in multi-region Alloy deployment and regulated industries (BFSI, Gov, Healthcare)
  • Familiarity with Dev Ops pipelines (Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, OCI Dev Ops)
  • Prior experience leading large-scale Oracle transformation programs

Job Requirements:

  1. 10-12 years of experience in OCI architecture and administration
  2. Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud Infra (OCI) and Oracle Alloy environment setup
  3. Lead the design and deployment of enterprise-scale OIC solutions on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
  4. Architect and implement secure, scalable, and highly available environments on OCI & Alloy
  5. Drive integration strategy between on-premise, SaaS, and third-party applications using OIC
  6. Establish CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Resource Manager), and automation frameworks
  7. Define network and security architectures, including IAM, encryption, and compliance policies
  8. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into end-to-end integration architectures
  9. Design and oversee hybrid and multi-cloud strategies leveraging Alloy for data sovereignty and compliance
  10. Implement monitoring, logging, and operational frameworks for proactive system health management
  11. Provide thought leadership on best practices, performance tuning, and disaster recovery planning
