Job Title: AI Trainer

We seek a dynamic and experienced AI professional to lead the design, development, and delivery of comprehensive training programs in AI and open-source technologies.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of collaborating with Subject Matter Experts to create AI curriculum aligned with industry use cases.

  • Collaborate with our team to develop AI curriculum and ensure it meets the needs of learners.
  • Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and design customized training roadmaps for learners.
  • Incorporate open-source technologies into the training curriculum and foster innovation through community engagement.
  • Mentor learners through projects, live builds, and capstone assignments to ensure practical skill acquisition.
  • Design and develop training content, assessments, and feedback mechanisms to enhance learner experience.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through performance metrics and learner feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience designing AI curriculum in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts.
  • Hands-on expertise with AI/ML tools including Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face.
  • Proficiency in working with Large Language Models, prompt engineering, vector databases, and AI agent frameworks.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Experience conducting training needs assessments and building personalized learning paths.
