Senior Product Strategist

The Senior Product Strategist will spearhead the development of our cutting-edge AI-powered platform, delivering immersive, role-based experiences at scale. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires defining the minimum viable product (MVP), selecting the most suitable tools, shaping the architecture with the engineering team, running sprints, and delivering a live product while setting up the operating system for scalability.

About the Role
  • This position involves converting business objectives into clear problem statements, success metrics, and milestone releases.
  • You'll define the MVP and scope control, prioritizing for speed to value and staging everything else behind decision gates.
  • Delivery leadership involves planning sprints, running rituals, unblocking teams, managing risks, and maintaining a clear RACI across design/engineering/AI.
  • Technical scoping requires partnering with Engineering to choose pragmatic stacks and services, specifying APIs, data models, and AI orchestration patterns.
  • Quality and measurement involve defining acceptance criteria, experiment design, and the core dashboard.
  • Team build-out includes sequencing and recruiting the first pod (full-stack engineer, AI/ML engineer, QA) and onboarding them to your delivery system.
  • Stakeholder comms require maintaining a single source of truth and keeping leadership tightly informed.
  • Security and compliance baseline involves sensible defaults for authentication, data privacy, content safety, and auditability.
