A Cloud Network Engineer is sought after to craft the future of network infrastructure by implementing and supporting scalable cloud networks using Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) networking technologies.

This role involves designing, deploying, and managing complex cloud networks while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive technology-driven innovation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement robust cloud networks utilizing OCI networking capabilities
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to develop high-quality network solutions
  • Participate in architectural discussions to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Develop and enforce industry-standard best practices for network operations and security

Key Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in cloud network implementation and support
  • Deep understanding of cloud networking concepts including VPCs, VCNs, subnets, routing, load balancing, firewalls, security lists, DNS
  • Strong background in network protocols such as TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, DHCP
  • Proficiency in automation tools like Terraform
  • Familiarity with DevOps or Infrastructure-as-Code methodologies
  • Knowledge of containerization and Kubernetes networking principles
