Responsibilities
- Develop and implement technical roadmaps for projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment and CI/CD pipeline configurations.
- Evaluate and implement best practices for coding, design patterns, and architectural frameworks.
- Lead a team of developers, conducting code reviews and ensuring adherence to coding standards.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Java/J2EE development, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles, including design patterns, architectural frameworks, and testing strategies.
- Proficiency in the following technologies: Java, Spring Boot, Spring Core, Spring MVC, Spring Batch, Microservices architecture, API development, Web services (RESTful and SOAP), Database technologies (Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Hibernate).
- Hands-on experience with application deployment in clustered or distributed environments.
