**Job Title:** Senior Backend Engineer

We're looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Backend Engineer. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about building impactful solutions, embracing innovation, and leveraging AI tools to amplify productivity and output.

The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain products and features that serve millions of customers, continuously improving customer experience. They'll own end-to-end solutions, tackling broadly defined problems by designing and coding scalable, high-quality solutions.

The successful candidate will champion best practices in software engineering, code quality, testing, and operational excellence. They'll collaborate on architecture, partner with peers to architect, design, and evolve new and existing systems.

They'll be AI-driven, exploring, adopting, and leveraging AI tools and techniques to improve engineering workflows, code quality, testing, and delivery speed. The candidate will take full ownership of the code they write, ensuring production readiness, system stability, and operational excellence.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • 3+ years of backend engineering experience
  • Expertise in at least one high-level programming language (preferably Python)
  • Strong hands-on experience with Django or similar frameworks
  • Solid understanding of relational databases, data modeling, and REST API design

A Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Electronics, or related fields from a tier-1 institution or equivalent relevant experience with a top technology company is required. Exposure to machine learning/NLP concepts is a plus.

The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills, as well as a deep understanding of core Computer Science concepts: algorithms, data structures, object-oriented design, and databases.
