As a seasoned professional in international cross-border payments, you will drive business growth and expand our reach into new markets.

About the Role:
  • You will identify and secure strategic relationships with key partners and clients across regions, ensuring effective communication of our value proposition.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to acquire merchants and grow revenue in targeted markets.
  • You will engage with financial institutions, e-commerce platforms, and other relevant entities to promote our cross-border payment solutions.
  • Contribute strategically to market expansion initiatives, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Present compelling value propositions for our cross-border payment solutions, tailored to meet global compliance and regulatory standards.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring favorable terms that support client needs and company objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of cross-border sales activities and client onboarding.
  • Achieve targets related to GMV, revenue, and customer flows from international markets, driving profitability and sustainable growth.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in business development or sales within cross-border payments, fintech, or foreign exchange.
  • Expertise in international markets, with a proven track record in deal-making and managing global client relationships.
  • Strong performance history in meeting and exceeding revenue targets, with a results-driven approach.
  • Proactive self-starter with the ability to innovate and improve processes independently.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to stay calm and effectively manage high-pressure situations.
