Key Cloud Infrastructure Engineer Role

The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, developing and maintaining the core components of our internal developer platform. The system architect will be responsible for implementing and maintaining infrastructure-as-code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or similar.

  • Design and Develop Core Components: Design and develop APIs, tools and infrastructure using cloud computing concepts and technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Build Self-Service Capabilities: Build self-service capabilities to enable developers to provision infrastructure, deploy applications and manage their environments independently.

The ideal candidate will have experience with infrastructure engineering, cloud computing, containerization technologies and CI/CD pipeline management.

Responsibilities:

  1. Platform Development:
    • Design and develop the core components of our internal developer platform.
    • Implement and maintain IaC using tools like Terraform.
  2. Developer Enablement:
    • Work closely with development teams to understand their needs and pain points.
    • Provide training and support to developers on how to use the platform effectively.
  3. Automation and Efficiency:
    • Automate infrastructure provisioning, application deployment and other repetitive tasks.
    • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline the software delivery process.

Requirements: Experience with infrastructure engineering, cloud computing, containerization technologies and CI/CD pipeline management. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
