Job Role: Solution Analyst – AI

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Solution Analyst to join our team, supporting the design and rollout of AI-enabled solutions in Copilot Studio and Power Platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough requirements gathering and documentation.
  • Support configuration of Copilot Studio agents and prompt editing.
  • Assist in testing, troubleshooting, and refining AI-enabled solutions.
  • Maintain accurate solution documentation and knowledge bases.
  • Participate in workshops, demos, and adoption activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or Business.
  • 2+ years of experience in business analysis, process documentation, or tech support.
  • Familiarity with CRM/ERP or enterprise software projects.
  • Basic understanding of AI, automation, or low-code platforms.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills.
