Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Signal Timing Characterization Engineer to join our team.

About the Role:

  • Characterize Analog Mixed Signal macros to extract analog-digital interface timing models
  • Correlate timing model data to Hspice simulations for accurate results
  • Implement QA checks for consistency and correctness throughout the process

Key Requirements:

  • 3 years of hands-on experience in lib characterization for AMS macros
  • Familiarity with NanoTime and automation tools like Shell/Perl/TCL or Python
  • Solid understanding of timing fundamentals, including signal integrity and noise analysis
  • Experience with Hspice/Spectre simulators is highly desirable
