Interior Design Specialist

Job Overview:
As an Interior Design Professional, you will be responsible for assisting Senior Designers in creating high-quality interior designs. Your role will involve shadowing design discussions with clients, preparing meeting minutes, and tracking project milestones to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist Senior Designers in 3D designs using SpaceCraft and Sketchup;
2. Recommend enhancements and provide feedback on designs;
3. Participate in site visits and assist in file management across HomeLane tech systems;
4. Assist in creating commercial proposals using SpaceCraft and other quoting tools;
5. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure a great design outcome;
6. Build relationships with teams such as sales, drawing QC, project management teams, and planners;
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
1. A design education background (B.Arch, B.Des, M.Des, Diploma in Design);
2. 0-1 year of experience in Interior Design/Architecture;
3. Good communication and presentation skills;
4. Basic knowledge of Modular furniture;
5. Practical knowledge of SketchUp;
6. A great attitude;
