Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the development of scalable, integrated systems. As a key member of our team, you will design and develop robust backend services, APIs, and CI/CD pipelines that drive business growth and efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop high-quality software solutions that integrate with Salesforce, Snowflake, Marketo, Workato, and other connected platforms.
  • Architect and optimize solutions to ensure seamless platform integrations and reliable business workflows.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance system performance, code quality, delivery speed, scalability, and reliability.
  • Mentor engineers and drive technical excellence in software development.
  • Partner with Product, EMs, and Finance teams to translate complex business needs into scalable software solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in software development with deep knowledge of building scalable, integrated systems.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript for developing robust backend services, APIs, and integration solutions.
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce AI ecosystem and experience leveraging AI-driven features in software solutions.
  • Solid experience with Agile methodologies, DevOps principles, and CI/CD pipeline management.
  • Hands-on experience designing and deploying applications in cloud environments using GCP and AWS.
