Job Title: Visual Creative Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Visual Creative Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, with a passion for illustrative design and typography.

This role involves designing visually consistent assets for digital and print platforms aligned with brand objectives. You will work closely with marketing, content, and channels teams to ensure seamless visual storytelling.

The successful candidate will have experience working with numerous different design platforms, such as digital and print forms. A key aspect is having proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma to create high-impact creatives for various mediums.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design visually appealing and engaging visual content that aligns with brand objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in visual messaging.
  • Present design concepts and justify creative choices to stakeholders.
  • Ensure all visual materials meet brand guidelines and quality standards.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and Figma.
  • Strong foundation in typography, visual hierarchy, composition, and layout principles.
  • Ability to design for web, print, and social platforms.
  • Experience creating brand collateral, logos, and marketing assets.
  • Familiarity with print processes and file setup for print.
  • Experience in asset optimization for performance and speed.
  • Knowledge of social platforms.
