Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive strategies for implementing InTrack Dock & Yard management in new locations or business units
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, project managers, and IT personnel to ensure successful integration and implementation of InTrack systems
  • Train and support end-users to ensure thorough understanding of InTrack functionalities and processes
  • Facilitate change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of InTrack system
  • Conduct rigorous testing and quality assurance to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies
Qualifications:
  • Extensive knowledge of inbound, outbound logistics, transport, and warehouse management processes
  • Strong project management skills, including ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with stakeholders at all levels
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions
