Aquatic Supervisor

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Aquatic Supervisor to oversee the safe and efficient operation of our swimming facility. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise swimming activities at the aquatics facility and ensure policies, guidelines, and safety procedures are followed.">
• Warn swimmers of improper activities or danger and enforce pool regulations and water safety policies.">
• Administer first aid in the event of injury, rescue swimmers in distress or danger of drowning, if necessary.">
• Evaluate conditions for safety and initiate emergency action plans as required.">
• Inspect pool facilities, equipment, and water to ensure they are safe and usable.">
• Clean the pool and related facilities and equipment, assist with chlorine residual water tests, and maintain records of water tests and accidents.">
• Instruct classes in fundamentals of swimming as needed.">

• Basic life support and CPR certification.">
