Job Title:
Senior Meta Ads Manager

About the Role:

This is a high-level position in our organization that focuses on managing international client accounts and designing winning ad strategies.

The ideal candidate will be analytical, creative, and confident in handling high-budget campaigns while directly engaging with clients.


Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy: Plan and execute end-to-end Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad strategies with a focus on ROI.

Client Management: Independently manage international client accounts, ensuring strong communication and consistent results.

Ad Creation & Optimization: Oversee ad creatives, launch campaigns, monitor performance, and make data-backed adjustments.

Budget Management: Allocate ad spend strategically to maximize returns.

Performance Analysis: Track KPIs, extract insights, and optimize campaigns for conversions and growth.

A/B Testing: Continuously test creatives, audiences, and funnels to refine performance.

Reporting: Deliver clear, actionable reports that demonstrate value and strategy alignment.


What We're Looking For:

* 5+ years of proven experience managing Meta ad campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) at scale.

* Strong background managing international clients (experience with Australian market preferred).

* Expertise in Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and Analytics tools.

* Ability to work independently with clients, from strategy to execution.

* Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English.

* Certifications such as Meta Blueprint are a plus.
