Job Opportunity for Entry-Level Professionals

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in the Placement and Billing department. The successful candidate will play an integral part in the end-to-end servicing of accounts, working closely with brokers to provide them with timely information to service accounts effectively.

The role involves creating documents before and after placing business, generating invoices on behalf of the broker, and providing the final policy document. Key responsibilities include:

  • KPI Management: Deliver as per the defined KPI's for the role, manage workload/volumes and delivery expectations, and maintain set SLA Accuracy/quality and TAT standards.
  • Business Process Development: Develop a sound understanding of the business process, update work tracker and time tracking tools accurately, and complete ad-hoc tasks as directed by Team Leader.
  • Compliance and Regulatory Management: Ensure adherence to compliance and operate within the guidelines of internal and external regulators, and ensure that all statutory and company procedures are followed while processing work.

To be successful in this role, you should possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. We prefer candidates with a Commerce or Insurance background who can think critically and solve problems efficiently.
