We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee our tax processes, ensuring efficient delivery of services to meet client deadlines.

As a senior team member, you will be responsible for coordinating daily interactions with the team, reviewing work product, and driving service delivery. Your expertise in trust & estate taxation will enable you to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks effectively, and lead the team to meet tight deadlines.

Your exceptional client relationship management skills will be essential in building strong relationships with peers, supervisors, and clients. You will also be responsible for developing internal team members and managing functional efforts within the tax process.

You will have the opportunity to handle a broad range of US income tax laws, develop and train new and experienced staff, and utilize your strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills. Proficiency in CCH Axcess tax software, Caseware, Microsoft Office applications, and expert knowledge in tax research software (Bloomberg BNA, RIA Checkpoint, Intelliconnect) will be highly valued.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in trust & estate taxation
  • CA, CA Inter, CPA, EA, MBA Finance, M.COM, B.com, BBA qualifications
  • Strong writing, Excel modeling, and verbal communication skills
