Job Description:

You will be responsible for providing functional and technical support to our Oracle Cloud Finance and Procurement modules. This includes incident, problem, and change management based on ITIL common practice, as well as facilitating Oracle upgrades and testing of issues in lower environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Incident, Problem, and Change Management
  • Facilitating Oracle Upgrades
  • Testing of Issues in Lower Environments
  • Working Directly with F&P Key Users Community
  • Ensuring Efficiency in Daily Standups/Retrospectives
  • Prioritizing Workload and Delivering Based on Prioritization
  • Configuration/Development of Solutions Developed as Per Business Requirements
  • Analyzing and Resolving Production Issues as Per SLA
  • Maintaining Configuration Workbooks and Documentations as Relevant
  • Supporting Junior Resources in Resolving Tickets and Identifying RCA and Proposed Solution
  • Monitoring and Reporting on Regular Production Activities

Collaboration:

  • Collaborating and Communicating with F&P Tech Lead
  • Collaborating and Communicating with F&P Service Manager
  • Collaborating with Functional Solutions Manager to Ensure Solutions Would Not Impact Other Activities
  • Collaborating with Business Users and Key Users

Applications Support & Maintenance:

  • Member of OOO Domain Team Implementing Solutions to Address Business Priorities with a Focus on Improved EU Experience, Functionality, and Efficiency
  • Demonstrating Business Process Knowledge and Relevant Oracle Configuration Knowledge to Efficiently Deliver on Oracle Solutions
  • Working with Arcadis 3rd Party Vendors in Assessing & Validating Proposed Solutions and/or Creating Proposed Solutions to Address Incidents/Problems
  • Participating in Oracle Quarterly Update Process Working with Test Manager and KBUs to Prepare and Execute Effective Test Scripts
  • Joining Oracle Support Sessions to Understand Oracle Product Development and Thereby Improve Business Efficiency

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Ability to Work in Fast-Paced Production Environment & Willingness to Work in Shifts to Meet Our 24/5 SLAs
  • Ability to Work Independently and as Part of Team with Minimum Supervision
  • Ability to Guide Junior Resources from Team
  • Strong Knowledge of End-to-End Business Processes and Ability to Find Solutions to Meet Business Requirements
  • Experience in Oracle Cloud Finance/Procurement Core Modules
  • Experience with Helix Ticketing Tool is Not Must but is Advantage
  • Ability to Review & Challenge Proposed Solution Designs
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Able to Work and Deliver Based on SLA Agreements
  • Proactively Identifying Potential Issues & Identifying Permanent Solutions to Address These
  • Good Engagement with End Users to Solve Issues Effectively
  • Able to Help on Documentation Process for Overall Application Support
  • Able to Provide Responses to Functional / Technical Queries
  • Have Exposure/Willing to Working in Shifts and/or Weekend Shift/on-call Support
  • Able to Build Professional Relationship with Key Stakeholders and End Users
  • Committed to Delivering What is Best for Our End User Community in Arcadis

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s Degree or Equivalent Work Experience & Practical Knowledge
  • 5+ Years of Proven Experience as an Oracle Cloud Finance and Procurement
  • Oracle Finance and Procurement Modules Support Experience
  • Experience in Supporting Production Environment Related to Oracle Cloud Finance and Procurement
  • Demonstrates Technical Aptitude and Attention to Detail
