Graphic Design Professional Wanted

This is a junior role, and we are looking for candidates with 1-3 years of experience in graphic design. Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on a wide range of projects and media, using various software programs to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals.
  • Ability to work on various Real Estate related deliverables like Illustrations, property brochures/flyers, catalogues & booklets, banners, posters & billboard.
  • Obtain input from managers to ensure that designs meet organisational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company appropriately.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications.
  • Design & managing all in-house Magazines & Newspaper ads.
  • Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts which include backdrops, yard signs, letterheads, billboards, posters, and other graphics.
  • Video Editing and creating brand videos and corporate presentations.
  • Work with a wide range of media and graphic design software to ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
  • Work independently as well as cooperatively with the marketing team to create expressive graphics producing high-quality designs for the company.
  • Developing concepts, graphics, and layouts, including making decisions about fonts, images, readability, and readers' needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, art, or related discipline.
  • Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, such as Adobe Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
  • Computer fluency in Mac and PC and Typography knowledge.
