Business Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Consultant to join our team. As a Business Consultant, you will be responsible for capturing and documenting business requirements, analyzing the impact of changes, and supporting the business throughout the implementation process.

About the Role:
  • Job Description:
  • Understand business requirements and map them to system functionalities.
  • Have technical experience in querying databases using programming languages like Oracle PL/SQL.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Analyze complex business problems and provide data-driven solutions.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience working in Data Warehouses and Regulatory Reporting frameworks.
  • Desirable skills include Anti Financial Crime (AFC) and Transaction Monitoring expertise.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a finance-related field or equivalent experience in banking, shared services, or finance industry.
  • Possess ACAMS accreditation or similar certifications.
Preferred Skills:
  • Transaction Monitoring on various products, regions, and AML regulations.
  • Familiarity with platforms like ACTIMIZE, FIRCOSOFT, MANTAS, etc.
  • Understanding of banking / wealth management domain and related support functions.
  • Skill in business analysis with proficiency in tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.

This role requires strong leadership and motivational skills to influence team members and stakeholders through effective dialogue, facilitation, and persuasiveness.
