Job Title: Blockchain Lead

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced blockchain lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing a team of engineers and driving the development of our blockchain solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of engineers and provide guidance on technical matters.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of blockchain technologies, including Geth (Go Ethereum) and other equivalent nodes and p2p systems.
  • Lead the design and implementation of blockchain solutions, utilizing skills in Golang and other relevant programming languages.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in managing engineering teams and leading technical projects.
  • Significant experience with Geth (Go Ethereum) or equivalent blockchain nodes and p2p systems.
  • Proficiency in Golang and other relevant programming languages.
  • Deep understanding of blockchain fundamentals, including Solidity, Assembly, and the EVM.
  • Experience with standard software practices, including clean code, unit tests, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with Rust, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Node.js is an asset.
  • Active participation in the developer community is an asset.
  • Experience leading and communicating with remote teams.
