Job Title

A Manager (Chartered Accountant) is required to oversee key responsibilities including treasury & forex management, taxation & compliance, audit & risk management, banking & documentation, export/import finance, and leadership & team development.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Financial Management: Supervise preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, review management reports, and guide month-end/year-end closing and audit processes.
  2. Treasury & Forex Management: Manage daily cash flow, monitor and manage treasury operations, and liaise with banks to secure funding.
  3. Taxation & Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate filing of statutory returns, supervise GST reconciliation, and oversee ROC filings and FEMA/RBI compliance.
  4. Audit & Risk Management: Ensure completion of stock audits, resolve audit observations, and monitor suspense accounts and high-risk transactions.
  5. Banking & Documentation: Oversee preparation and review of CMA data, QIS reports, and LC/Bank Guarantee documentation.
  6. Export/Import Finance: Oversee imports, manage Auditor's certifications, and write-off settlements.
  7. Leadership & Team Development: Lead and mentor the finance, accounts, and compliance teams, provide strategic financial inputs, and ensure team adherence to timelines.

Required Skills:

  1. Deep knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation laws, and compliance regulations.
  2. Proven experience in treasury operations and forex risk management.
  3. Strong banking network and understanding of credit facilities, trade finance.
  4. Ability to manage audits and ensure end-to-end financial hygiene.
  5. Excellent leadership, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
